Baz has 20 years of motorsport and auto industry experience. Working day to day as a 'Precision Driver' and 'Driver Coach'. 

Baz originally started racing Karts whilst attending Canterbury college, where he gained a BTEC National Diploma in Motor vehicle Studies. This led him to work for various race teams as a mechanic and engineer. 

Baz has never had the backing for a full season of car racing, but has always jumped at the chance to get behind the wheel when he can and as a result has had many successful one-off race weekends in a variety of cars and championships. Including: Mazda MX5's, Ginetta G40 cup and the Enduro KA series. 2022 and 2023 saw Baz take part in selected rounds of the MINI CHALLENGE Championship, in the JCW class, supporting the BTCC and the aim for 2024 is to build upon the lessons learned and return to the MINI CHALLENGE grid once again.

Away from motorsport, Baz has passions for Rugby, Snowboarding, graphic design and live music.

Driver coaching

Baz has 20 years experience of driver coaching, working on corporate and manufacturer events, training drivers from the keen track day enthusiast, right up to celebrities and royalty.

Precision driving and TV

Baz has great experience working on photo shoots and within the Film and TV industry, when driving to a specific task or with a certain style is required. 

Baz is steadily building up a cv of high profile features for tv and film, with appearances on Amazon's "The Grand Tour", the upcoming "Luther" film and being part of the team that coordinated and filmed the "Top Gun" inspired driving scenes for Channel 4's, British GP coverage with Tom Cruise.

He was also chosen to be a coach and mentor for ITV's primetime show "DRIVE" which saw Baz paired up with the singer Ella Eyre, who were pitted against other celebs in a number of driving challenges. The show was viewed by more than 9 million viewers weekly.
